2. WHAT IS OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake committed by us. Therefore, all sales are final.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED?
Refunds can take between 5-10 days to be processed and appear on your bank account.
4. WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
Because we want you to be an Official Glowinbabe we ship WORLDWIDE. However, prior to placing your order, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
